Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce the hire of Building Surveyor, Kyle Hargreaves, who will be based within the firms new Manchester office.
Joining from Icopal Ltd, Kyle brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will be of great benefit to the Building Surveying team and their respective clients. Working alongside Partner, David Ross and Senior Surveyor, Ryan Jones, the team boast over 45 years’ experience.
Assisting with the firm’s commitment to providing trusted and reliable property advice to all clients, Kyle’s role will primarily involve Project Management, Construction Monitoring and Contract Administration of building refurbishments and new build projects. He will also undertake Surveys throughout commercial, industrial and residential properties, assisting in the coordination of large-scale portfolios.
The opening of an office in Manchester, was of strategic importance to the firm as they continue to move in an onwards and upwards direction to satisfy their client’s specific needs. Moving South of the border will allow the Building Surveying team to work closely on a number of dedicated projects.
