EPC Surveyor
Kirk joined Graham + Sibbald in February 2025 as an EPC Surveyor based within the firms Glasgow office. He is currently a Commercial Energy Surveyor Level 4 working towards Level 5. Kirk has been in the industry since 2013 starting off providing Domestic EOC’s and Green Deal Surveys before moving to Liverpool to work for Vibrant Energy Matters and achieving his Commercial EPC qualification whilst working. When he moved back to Scotland he completed his Section 63 and Display Energy Certificate Qualifications making him a well rounded EPC Assessor.
Kirk carry’s out all Energy Surveys for properties either being sold, new lets, property upgrades and grant applications for improvements, he is really enjoying his time at Graham + Sibbald since joining.
