The Agency Department provide specialist expertise in advising clients on all aspects involving the acquisition, marketing, development and leasing of commercial properties across the UK. This function is carried out from all our UK offices and our experience is wide ranging covering all sectors of property.

• Acquisitions
  Fulfilling Client’s requirements by seeking, finding and negotiating the acquisition of suitable sites and properties with full Building Surveying services and, if required, valuation support.

• Disposals
  Marketing of, all types of properties through different media either for sale or lease and liaising with client’s solicitors through to completion.

• Development
  Our Agency Department also takes a lead role in Development work with initial identification of opportunities, detailed appraisal of viable options, advice on funding strategy and marketing. Project management with full Building Surveying services is also available through our specialist department.
