Graham + Sibbald is instructed by Price Waterhouse Coopers and the Bank of Scotland and will be selling all of these properties over the coming weeks.

The portfolio includes properties in Manchester, Liverpool, Lancaster, Oldham, Workington and Keighley, along with many other main towns and cities.

The anticipated global selling price could be in excess of £13 million.
