Growth in Graham + Sibbald's Commercial Department Glasgow
Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Darroch as the new Head of Commercial Agency for their Glasgow Office.
Scott will assume responsibility for the Agency department in the Glasgow Office covering retail, industrial and business space. Scott has previously held positions with Hartley Cowley, Montagu Evans and most recently Griffin Webster.
Colin McCash, Partner in the Glasgow Office said: "We're delighted to have secured someone of Scott's experience and strong Agency background. We see opportunities for growth in this area of the business and are confident that Scott and his team can take advantage of those, particularly within a multi-disciplinary practice."
Scott Darroch said: "I am delighted to have joined G+S and am looking forward to strengthening relationships with existing clients and developing new business. Despite the recent downturn in commercial transactions across the board, there are still deals to be done. Driven by a lack of supply, an upwards pressure on Glasgow office rentals exists which spells business as usual for the city. I believe that we have passed the halfway mark and as a result, the latter part of this year should bring renewed confidence.”
G+S are also pleased to announce the return of Pauline Rutherford to the Glasgow Office, as Co-ordinator - Commercial Property. Pauline provides administrative support to the Commercial Team in Glasgow. She started her working life with G+S before spells at Countrywide and Boswell Mitchell & Johnston, Architects.
