Graham + Sibbald: Successful sale for the Licensed trade sector

On behalf of Maclay Inns, Graham + Sibbald have recently concluded the sale of the Victoria Café in St.Andrews to the G1 Group PLC.

The popular bar was sold from an asking price in excess of £1.75m. The G1 Group are delighted to add this unit to their stable of bars, restaurants, nightclubs and hotels.
 
Graham + Sibbald have also sold Platform 1, a large bar/restaurant in Paisley which was formerly a station building, to the Maclay Group PLC. Graham + Sibbald acted on behalf of Campbell Dallas and the Bank of Scotland. The property was marketed with an asking price in excess of £750,000.
