Graham + Sibbald win tender

Graham + Sibbald are pleased to have been appointed as Property Managers of the Commercial Portfolio for Perth & Kinross Council in Perth, Crieff, Aberfeldy, Pitlochry and Birnam.

Keith Scobbie Partner in Perth comments: “We are delighted with this appointment. This builds on our established working relationship with Perth & Kinross Council providing professional valuation and building surveying services. We are looking forward to undertaking this management role covering the next 3 years.

The contract involves not only the financial administration in relation to rent and service charge collection but also a review of the 47 properties and annual maintenance inspections to ensure the portfolio is maintained to a high standard both for the benefit of the Council and their tenants.

We are also to undertake the rent reviews and any lettings of units as they fall vacant. Using our marketing expertise and network of potential tenants, we trust that any voids will be kept to a minimum.

The firm is determined to offer Perth & Kinross Council a first rate integrated professional service.  Our office in Perth and our accounts and management HQ in Dundee are ideally placed to offer the council a close working relationship and the ability to be on the doorstep to resolve any issues that may arise on a day to day basis”.
