Phase 3 Dundee's West Marketgait

Following the pre-letting of 30,000 sq ft to Grosvenor Casinos, Marketgait Developments have commenced Phase 3 of their West Marketgait Scheme, with on the ground floor a Bar Restaurant and a Commercial Unit of 9,875 sq ft.  Above the first floor Casino will be 22,000 sq ft of Offices topped by 23 Serviced Residential Apartments. Phases 1 and 2 were a Mill conversion to provide a 48 bed hotel let to Travelodge and 30,000 sq.ft of offices let to Realtime Worlds, the international game software developer – and the entire scheme will have an end value approaching £20M.
