Commissions by HIE Orkney

Potential Kirkwall Business Park (1a)

Graham + Sibbald have been commissioned by HIE Orkney to assess likely demand as well as possible site identification in connection with a potential Business Park in or around Kirkwall.  As part of this commercial property and planning exercise we would welcome any notes of interest, in terms of likely space requirements or suggestions of possible sites, from all interested parties and stakeholders.

Potential Rural Industrial Units (1b)
Also Graham + Sibbald have been commissioned by HIE Orkney to assess the potential for undertaking a number of small scale starter type industrial developments in the rural areas of Orkney including the mainland and the inner and outer islands.  On the basis that there is potential demand we will thereafter be commissioned to identify a number of possible sites in the most relevant areas.

Graham + Sibbald will be undertaking a series of meetings in Orkney, in the next couple of months, in respect of the above Property Studies (1a/1b), but in the first instance any interested parties should contact Graham +  Sibbald through the following contact:-

Graham + Sibbald, Mark Wilson, 4 Ardross Street, Inverness, IV3 5NN.
