Kinloss Housing sale moves a step closer
Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce that, following strong interest in the 300+ MOD houses offered for sale, a closing date for both Lots 1 & 2 has now been fixed for 3rd April 2008.
Interest in the sale of over 300 MOD houses in Kinloss has been strong. Douglas Mowat of selling agents Graham + Sibbald commented: “There has been an excellent level of interest in the properties and the purchase will involve significant initial capital investment. The strong level of interest reflects local market conditions in Moray where there is a pent-up demand for affordable and first time buyer properties”.
The properties are presently connected to MOD utilities and the purchaser will be required to separate the houses from the MOD system and connect directly to mains services. The properties are being offered for sale in two lots and offers will be considered for the lots both individually and together.
Offers must be accompanied by formal tender labels which are available from Graham + Sibbald.
