Graham + Sibbalds growing letting success for "Westfield North Courtyard

Acting on behalf of Highcross Strategic Advisors Limited, Graham + Sibbald have let Unit 40, Westfield North Courtyard Cumbernauld, to McNicholas Construction (Holdings) Limited.

Westfield North Courtyard enjoys a central location ideally placed for access to the Scottish motorway network.  Unit 40 extends to 1,272 sq m (13,690 sq ft) and provides McNicholas with secure storage accommodation.  The tenant has taken a three year lease at a rental of £3.94 per sq ft.
