Marketgait Developments' Dundee scheme towering ahead

Of the numerous tower cranes working on the Dundee skyline, Marketgait Developments’ is perhaps the tallest as it gets to grips with the construction of this 110,000 sq.ft. (10,220 sq.m.) mixed use building.

The Marketgait Scheme has entered the third Phase of the development. This third phase will have an end value approaching £20M, with the 30,000 sq.ft. (2,787 sq.m.) first floor having already been pre-let to Ranks Grosvenor Casinos. 

The ground floor will comprise a Bar Restaurant and Retail unit, whilst the second floor will be self-contained Offices and the floors above 23 quality Serviced Residential Apartments with separate secure access.

Phases 1 and 2 were a Mill conversion to provide a 48 bedroom hotel, let to Travelodge and 30,000 sq.ft of offices let to Realtime Worlds, the international game software developer.
