Saltire Taverns
Graham + Sibbald's Licensed Trade & Leisure Department has just completed a sizeable valuation exercise in reviewing the Saltire Taverns' portfolio, which includes the Frankenstein's themed bars in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, along with a number of other outstanding bar/restaurants to include the Rutland, the Standard and the Golf Tavern in Edinburgh, as well as the Illicit Still in Aberdeen.
This year, the company opened its latest venture, the impressive "Le Monde", a multi-million pound hotel, bar, restaurant and nightclub complex located in George Street in Edinburgh. The company has plans to roll out the concept across other cities throughout the UK.
Graham & Sibbald have been acting on behalf of Saltire Taverns now for many years, with this fruitful relationship between the companies hopefully lasting for many years to come.
