The property world has changed significantly since Graham + Sibbald first set up an office in Dundee in 1959.

But what hasn’t changed is our belief in the quality and independence of our advice and our investment and trust in our people - the best advice from the best people, with invaluable local knowledge, and the support of a national network of experts for every aspect of every project.

Now, in 2007, the Firm has 25 Partners, 25 Associates, 2 Consultants, 3 Department Heads, a further 80 professional staff, and a total complement of over 250 employees and 14 offices throughout the UK. Creating an immense resource of experience and expertise.

Moving forward for the next 50 years, we aim to:

Successful Businesses

We are expanding nationwide, with joint ventures as Chartered Surveying through Sonas Surveyors, Surveyors Panel Management services for banks and building societies through SPM and SpecialistXpress, which takes the work out of home buying by providing access to specialist reports often to meet mortgage conditions.

We take great pride in combining the highest possible professional standards with a friendly approach, which always puts our clients’ needs first.
