Graham+Sibbald is a committed APC employer and a RICS Structured Training Agreement is a core component of every candidate's employment contract. Probationer APC candidates are expected to diligently pursue professional training culminating in a successful APC and every candidate will be given encouragement, support and appropriate work experience to achieve this. Within the firm there are a number of APC Assessors and APC Doctors who are available to provide guidance and advice as required and in addition candidates are expected to participate in APC seminars and workshops (in-house and external) to ensure the successful completion of this stage of their professional training."
