Graham + Sibbald are one of the largest, independent, indigenous partnerships of Chartered Surveyors in Scotland.
Our local expertise enables us to advise on all aspects of house purchase and sale, from basic mortgage valuation to a detailed Building Survey - usually undertaken in conjunction with our Building Surveyors. We act for all major Building Societies, Banks and Financial/Lending Institutions.
Career History: 1965 Joined Graham & Sibbald as an Apprentice in the Dundee Office. 1973 Opened the Inverness office as Manager. 1975 Assumed to the Partnership.
Main Areas of Experience & Responsibility: Specialising in Commercial Property work, including Agency and Valuation. Other responsibilities include membership of Partnership's Management Committee.

Main Areas of Experience & Responsibility: In addition to having a wide commercial background, Craig is now responsible for the operation of Glasgow office Residential Department, and has considerable experience in providing lenders with detailed development appraisal of residential development schemes, including new build and conversions.
Career History: Having specialised in the Aberdeen Commercial market since 1980, Simpson joined Graham + Sibbald as a Partner in June 2004.
Main Areas of Experience & Responsibility: Simpson is as a general practise surveyor of the Aberdeen office, involved in the acquisition, disposal, inspection, and valuation of Commercial, Industrial, Retail property including: Agency, Valuation, Dispute Resolution, Rent Reviews, Development and Strategic property Advice. He has a significant portfolio of clients including many local and national businesses, together with a number of major names in the oil and gas sectors. Simpson is also a member of the RICS Chamber of Arbiters & Experts.
Career History: 1988 joined G&S as a graduate Building Surveyor from Glasgow College of Building and Printing. 1996 appointed Associate, 2005 assumed to Partnership.
Main Areas of Experience & Responsibility: Paul is involved in all aspects of Building surveying, but concentrating on Project Management of construction related projects.

Main Areas of Experience & Responsibility: Associate with Commercial Department of Graham + Sibbald's Dundee office dealing with Commercial Valuations and Agency and also specialising in Investment work along with assorted professional work. A qualified land agent well versed in agricultural matters and with a great deal of rural experience to call upon for normal negotiation matters. Moved to Perth after becoming Partner early in 2005.
