Senior Planner/Associate
We are looking to recruit an experienced, Chartered Planner (MRTPI or MRTPI and ARICS), preferably at Associate Level, to be based in our Edinburgh Office and to build on our rapidly growing development planning business with a focus on the East of Scotland. In less than three years the planning team, based in Glasgow and Perth, has built a portfolio of over 300 projects ranging from major mixed use development schemes, through renewable energy projects, to Local Plan submissions.
The ideal candidate will have significant private sector experience, with existing clients in the East of Scotland, and some public sector experience in statutory planning.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop the existing business, to win and complete new projects for new clients, and to build a planning team and their own career in the Edinburgh office.
