GS successfully sold the Monastery Edinburgh

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to have successfully sold The Monastery located just off Broughton Street in Edinburgh’s New Town, on Hart Street Lane.

The Listed Monastery is believed to be connected to the French Community dating back to the 17 Century and is thought to be the only remaining Huguenot temple in Scotland and also believed to be the birthplace of the country’s national anthem  "O Flower of Scotland".

The property was sympathetically converted currently used as an office, however, it was recently purchased by an owner occupier for conversion to a single residential dwelling.
