Graham + Sibbald: Sale of prominent Alloa town centre site concludes

Graham + Sibbald, acting on behalf of Clackmannanshire Council, have sold the former Claremont Workshops site at Ludgate, Alloa.

The buildings on the site were originally built around 1890 as a primary school and are contained on a site extending to 0.86 acres, within the Alloa Glebe Conservation Area.

The site has been purchased by the Mulraney Group. The buildings will be converted/refurbished to form an Arts & Craft Village, offering a total of 15 Units, of which 6 units, representing in excess of 50% of the total lettable space, has already been pre-let.
