Graham + Sibbald are delighted to have finalised the sale of L'Angolino, 47 Main Street, Doune, on behalf of a private client.

Peter Seymour, Head of Licensed Trade and Leisure Agency at Graham + Sibbald, handled the sale of the 24 cover dining area premises, which also comprises a kitchen, store room and WC.

Offers over £32,000 were sought for the leasehold interest in the property and business. A closing date was agreed for the premises from which various offers were received and a suitable buyer found. The deal was rather protracted due to unforseen legal issues with the Landlord, however we were able to keep all parties comfortable and happy whilst these problems were resolved.

Our client said; "We asked Graham and Sibbald to handle the sale of our restaurant in early 2017 because of good reports we had had from other people in the industry. From then until the conclusion of missive in September we were very happy with the service provided and, in particular, with the interest generated by their advertising, resulting in the relatively short time it took to set a closing date for offers. From acceptance of the successful offer to completion, Graham and Sibbald's role was invaluable, especially in ensuring good communication between the legal representatives of buyer and seller. We would undoubtedly employ their services again if faced with similar circumstances."
