Units 7/ 7A, 7B and 8 Golspie Industrial Estate, Golspie -  Graham + Sibbald sold the properties on behalf of Highlands & Islands Enterprise to a local property developer, following a competitive closing date. The premises comprise of a variety of industrial units in a detached block offering office, workshop, storage and ancillary accommodation. Our client was pleased to have disposed of the property after a successful closing date.
