Two Graham + Sibbald graduates become RICS members

Two graduates based in the Glasgow office have passed the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become full members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Stephen Craig (23) has been with Graham + Sibbald since May 2014, after graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with an Honours degree in Property Management and Valuation.  Stephen now works as a Chartered Surveyor within the Commercial Department of the Glasgow office.

Kenneth Wright (24) started with Graham + Sibbald as a placement student while studying at Glasgow Caledonian University.  After graduating from university with an Honours degree, Kenneth subsequently obtained a full time position as a Graduate Building Surveyor.  Kenneth now works as a Chartered Building Surveyor in the Glasgow office.

Iain Leighton, Senior Partner, Graham + Sibbald, said: “It’s great news that two of our graduates have passed their APC.  We provide as much support as possible on the route to the MRICS qualification and it is heartening to see our teams work hard throughout the training and achieve great results.  High standards of professionalism are increasingly important and we pride ourselves on the breadth of experience we offer as a firm.  These candidates are the most recent example of what we hope is continuing professional achievement within the business.”
