Salvation Army Lease Glenrothes Property

   ·         Ten year lease secured from Lundin Homes

Graham + Sibbald, acting for the landlord, Lundin Homes, has leased a 12,000sq ft industrial unit to the Salvation Army.

The property, on the Bankhead Estate in Glenrothes, Fife, will be used by the charity as a furniture reuse showroom. Profits from the reuse project will enable the charity to support young people through a range of projects and activities which should benefit the wider community.

Colin Devine of Graham + Sibbald acted for Lundin Homes and said: “This ten year lease will allow the Salvation Army to establish a central location in Fife for all of its collections and distribution activities.”
