G+S Support Cycling Fundraiser for New Highland Hospice

Supporting Cycling Fundraiser For New Highland Hospice

A donation of £500 has been presented to the Everest Highland Cycle Team from Graham + Sibbald’s Inverness office.  This cycling fundraiser takes place in March and involves a total of 22 cyclists covering almost 400 miles over 25,500ft in ascent (the equivalent of Everest) to raise money for the new Highland Hospice Project Build Appeal.

Iain Leighton, Senior Partner of G+S, said: “One of our long standing clients, Willie Gray from William Gray Construction and ARK Estates, is taking part in the challenge so we were delighted to be able to help the team towards its fundraising target of £100k.  Our firm currently sponsors cycling Rio medal hopeful, Callum Skinner, as our G+S Rising Star and we are encouraging our staff to get involved with the Cycle2work scheme.  So it is all about cycling this year and the hospice is a fantastic cause so we wish the Everest Team every success.”
