G+S 25 Years in Aberdeen

Aberdeen Office Refurbishment

25 years of a presence in the city of Aberdeen has been marked by the firm investing over £200,000 in a total office refurbishment.

Graham + Sibbald’s own Building Surveying team co-ordinated the transformation of the traditional west end building to create the new contemporary, open plan office environment.  The firm’s Aberdeen office provides advice to a large number of high profile clients from both the private and public sectors throughout the north east of Scotland.

A total of 12 staff are currently located in the offices at Carden Place and the business is also on the lookout for more property professionals to join the team in 2015.  With 13 local offices situated across Scotland, the Aberdeen team at G+S can provide clients with on-the-ground knowledge of the property market across the entire country, including Inverness and the Highlands, Dundee and the whole of the Central belt.

Bruce Murdoch, Partner, Graham + Sibbald, said: “We have just settled back into the offices after spending a few months in temporary accommodation.  It marks a really positive start to 2015, a year which will be interesting and undoubtedly present a range of opportunities and perhaps a few challenges.  The new layout provides us with a really good working environment, more meeting room space, hot desking for our visiting specialists and bright and contemporary office space.”
