New Appointment in Scottish Surveying

New Appointment in Scottish Surveying

Mark McIntosh has been appointed as Associate Surveyor to bolster the experienced team in the Kirkcaldy office.

Mark (38) had previously worked with Harvey Donaldson and Gibson (Countrywide), covering Fife.  Last year he was employed to manage a property team within a large local firm of estate agents and solicitors, gaining experience across the sector in all areas of North East and Central Fife.

Mark, who will specialise in residential surveys and valuations, said: “My appointment will allow me to work at servicing existing clients and build others in the future.  Fife has a diverse mix of property and with the expertise available at Graham + Sibbald we are confident that we are looking towards an exciting future.”

Robbie Buchanan, Partner, added: “We are delighted that Mark is joining the team. With his breadth of experience, and local knowledge of the Scottish market, we are certain Mark will prove a great asset as we seek to grow our business even further.”

Mark McIntosh studied for a BSc (Hons) MRICS at Paisley University and worked in Glasgow for 12 years before moving to Fife in 2004. He now lives in Newport with his partner and enjoys participating in Triathlons.
