Graham + Sibbald Acquire Broughton Street Investment


Graham + Sibbald, acting on behalf of a private individual successfully acquired the retail investment situated at 65-67 Broughton Street in Edinburgh. 


Graeme Millar, who acted for the purchaser said, “This small retail investment offered a unique opportunity to acquire a well let commercial investment within one of Edinburgh’s sought after boutique retail & leisure locations.”


The unique nature of the investment opportunity quickly attracted a high level of interest and within one month a closing date was set.
