Three Graham + Sibbald Graduates become RICS Members

Graduates based in the Glasgow, Perth and Dundee offices of Graham + Sibbald have all passed the Assessment of Professional Competencies (APC) to become full members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Garth Davison has been with Graham + Sibbald for three years and has a BSc (Hons) in Town Planning from Dundee University and an MSc in Real Estate Management and Development from Heriot Watt University.  Garth is a Commercial Surveyor who works across both the Perth and Dundee offices.

Gregor Brown started with Graham + Sibbald as a student during his year out and joined full time after graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Valuation.  Gregor works as a Commercial Surveyor in the Glasgow office.

Scott Spittal also started with Graham + Sibbald as a student in 2008 and following graduation became a Graduate Building Surveyor with the firm in Glasgow.  He gained additional experience within the construction industry and has been specialising in Contract Administration at Graham + Sibbald since rejoining the firm in 2012.

Iain Leighton, Senior Partner, Graham + Sibbald, said:

“It’s great news that three of our graduates have passed their APC.  We provide as much support as possible on the route to the MRICS qualification and it is heartening to see our teams work hard throughout the training and achieve great results.  High standards of professionalism are increasingly important and we pride ourselves on the breadth of experience we offer as a firm.  These candidates are the most recent example of what we hope is continuing professional achievement within the business.”
