Multiple Lettings at Bandeath Industrial Estate, near Stirling

Acting on behalf of Stirling Council, Graham + Sibbald and Ryden have secured two new high profile tenants at Bandeath Industrial Estate, by Stirling.

Xylem Water Solutions have agreed a five-year lease for Units 6d-e Bandeath Industrial Estate, which extend to in excess of 9,000sq.ft. together with attached yard area. Xylem has started an extensive fit-out of the units and hope to be in occupation by the end of this year.

 Robertson Facilities Management, Part of Robertson Group, has taken a three-year lease for Unit 94, which extends to in excess of 3,000sq.ft. Robertson has recently completed their fit-out/refurbishment works and has taken occupation.




As well as the lettings to Xylem and Robertson, H & R Grey Haulage has taken an additional 14,481 sq.ft of space in Units 6a-c, Bandeath Industrial Estate. They have agreed to a 10-year lease, which will accommodate the space requirements for their rapidly expanding business.

 Bandeath Industrial Estate has also recently benefitted from the arrival of high speed broadband, which has been welcomed by all tenants within the estate and improved the desirability of the available space.

 The headline rents for the recently agreed lettings range between £2.15 and £2.75psf.

 Councillor Neil Benny commented: “The recent lettings at Bandeath to high profile tenants confirm that there is steady demand for industrial/storage accommodation within the Stirling Area.  Deals are being structured to ensure that tenants carry out a refurbishment of the external fabric of the units, which is ensuring that the general appearance of the estate is being significantly improved”

 There are a variety of industrial, storage and office units available at Bandeath, ranging from 83 sq.m (926 sq.ft) to 2,148 sq.m (23,120sq.ft).
