Perthshire properties successfully let
•    Three offices in city of Perth
•    Industrial Unit in Crieff. Crioch Business Centre

Graham and Sibbald’s Perth Office Agency Department has recently concluded both an office and industrial letting in Perthshire, making it four  lettings within the last three months.
Graham + Sibbald acted on behalf of the landlords in all four deals, the successful lettings have taken place at:

Saltire House, Whitefriar Business Park, Perth
On behalf of C&W Assets Limited, the property holding arm of J. Smart & Co, Enterprise North East Trust (ENET) have taken a new 10 year lease on a 2500 sq ft first floor office suite.  The first floor office suite comprises 25% of the overall floor space at the property.  Ryden acted as joint letting agents.

3-5 King Street, Perth
On behalf of a private landlord, Autism Initiatives have taken a three storey, end terraced period building for a five year term at an initial passing rent of £18,000 per annum.  The office accommodation, located in the city centre, extends to 2475 sq ft.

79 South Street, Perth
On behalf of The Salvation Army, a three year lease has been agreed with Carewatch (Grampian) on a first floor office, extending to 695 sq ft.  The agreed rent for the term is £7,000 per annum.

Garth Davison, Commercial Surveyor at Graham + Sibbald’s Perth Office commented: “These latest deals show a good level of transactional activity within the office sector of Perth.  With the subjects offering different types of space it shows the range of demand that is in the city at present.”

Crioch Business Centre, Crieff
Acting on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council, Graham + Sibbald has let Unit 4 at the Crioch Business Centre.  The unit extends to 550 sq ft and has been let on a 3 year lease at an initial rent of £2800 per annum.

Commercial Surveyor Garth Davison based at the Perth Office of Graham + Sibbald commented: “We are pleased to have concluded the final letting at the estate in Crieff.  Having now fully let the estates at Crieff, Aberfeldy and Birnam on behalf of the council, signs are the market continues to be strong for these small units let on flexible terms, which is often the key to most deals in the current climate.”
