Graham + Sibbald announce four new appointments

Graham + Sibbald has announced a total of four new appointments, including three experienced women joining its Scottish team. 

Kerri McGuire is about to join the business as principal planner and will cover the whole of Scotland, developing this area of business for Graham + Sibbald.  Kerri was previously in the planning team at Savills and has a BA (Hons) in Environmental Planning and an MSc in Urban Real Estate Management and Development.  Her specialisms include retail, renewables, public sector and project managing Environmental Impact Assessments.

Claire Galbraith joins the Glasgow property management team from Deloitte LLP, where she was a senior surveyor.  Claire has a BSc (Hons) in Property Management and Valuation and will be working across both commercial and residential.

Lesley Goodfellow was previously employed by Colliers International as an associate director in the Commercial Lease Consultancy department.  Lesley holds a MRICS, BSc (Hons) and will be assisting the valuation team whilst developing landlord and tenant related work both in Glasgow and throughout the country.

John Duthie joins the Dundee office as senior surveyor with over 12 years of experience in property management, having worked previously with Pagan Osborne, Industrial Estates (Scotland) Ltd, Ryden, Korlet and, most recently, Aberdeen City Council.  John will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of both commercial and residential properties.  John has a BA in Business Studies from Abertay University and an MA in Property Management and Investment from Edinburgh Napier University.
