£3m Hatrick investment sales for GS

The Agency Team at Graham + Sibbald Glasgow report the disposal of three investments in as many weeks.

Acting on behalf of an administrator, the firm has disposed of Centrum Park, Coatbridge to an owner occupier in the sum of £1.25million which reflects a net initial yield of 12.88%.

Moving into Glasgow city centre, the office investment known as Aspect Court on West Regent Street was sold to an owner occupier for £1.5million reflecting a net initial yield of 13%.

Sticking with the city centre, the first floor office suite at 41 St Vincent Place has been sold to an investor in the sum of £225,000 which reflects 13.92%.

Commenting on the sales, Scott Darroch who heads the Glasgow Agency Team commented “These sales are testament to continuing demand in the market from owner occupiers keen to stop paying rent to a third party.  I am encouraged to have sold all of these assets as quickly as we have however, it strikes me that owner occupiers are waking up to the fact that property has never been so cheap therefore what better time to make the move than now.”
