New life to City Square

Graham + Sibbald have secured a new lease in Perth’s Café Quarter, 1 St John’s Place. 

The property comprises a extensively renovated and recently fully fitted restaurant premises in the centre of Scotland’s newest city.

Acting on behalf of the landlord, Graham + Sibbald have let 1 St John’s Place for a period of 10 years at an initial rent of £35,000 per annum to Vita Bar and Grill.
