Graham + Sibbald West End Double Act

Clyde Property’s Finance Team Relocate to larger premises, making way for Childrens Hospice Appeal Scotland (CHAS) in Glasgow’s west end.

Following their recent relocation to larger head office facilities in Port Dundas, Clyde Property has assigned the lease of 135 Byres Road to Scottish charity CHAS.  Clyde Property still retain their main sales/letting branch on the corner of Byres Road and Havelock Street which they plan to refurbish in the coming months.

Extending to 986 sq ft net, 135 Byres Road is held on an FRI lease expiring April 2016 at a passing rental of £22,000 pa.  CHAS will establish a retail outlet to compliment their fundraising activities.
