Wallace House, Stirling fully occupied following lettings

Highcross has let two office suites at Wallace House, Stirling to Dyslexia Scotland and Nugensis. The suites, which both extend to just under 1,000 sq ft, were the last two available in the building.
Located in Stirling city centre, close to train and bus stations, Wallace House is a 26,000 sq ft office building, with an excellent car parking ratio.

Graham + Sibbald and Savills acted for Highcross in the lettings.

Andrew Peel of Graham + Sibbald’s Stirling office commented: “The recent lettings to Dyslexia Scotland and Nugensis are extremely encouraging and demonstrate that there continues to be steady demand for good quality office accommodation within Stirling city centre.  The quality of refurbishment to the common areas and vacant suites carried out by Highcross in 2009 has helped achieve the lettings of suites ranging between 720 and 3,000 sq ft at headline rents of £12.50 per sq ft.”
Kate Graham of Savills, Edinburgh, added: “Highcross has adopted a very pragmatic and hands on asset management strategy. They have been flexible and competitive in their approach to securing tenants at Wallace House by offering refurbished, modern office space on competitive deals. This strategy has proved fruitful and the building is now fully income producing.”
