Graham + Sibbald's hat-trick of success

Following on from recent lettings at Perth’s Acorn Industrial Estate and Crieff’s Crioch Industrial Estate, Graham + Sibbald Chartered Surveyors are delighted to announce another clutch of industrial lettings within the Perthshire area.

Acting on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council, Graham + Sibbald have let Units 1B and 1C at the Aberfeldy Industrial Estate to Montville Joinery on a 3 year lease at an initial rent of £6800 per annum, as well as Unit 6 at the Birnam Industrial Estate, Birnam, Dunkeld to Micropack (Engineering) Ltd also on a 3 year lease with an initial rent of £3500 per annum.

Commercial Surveyor Garth Davison based at the Perth Office of Graham + Sibbald commented,  “We are delighted to have secured these leases on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council.  These deals show that there are positive movements within the smaller industrial markets of Perthshire.”

The Industrial Estates mentioned are both now fully let, however there are still various sized units available to occupy within the Perth and Kinross Council industrial portfolio through the sole letting agents Graham + Sibbald.
