Huntly Crescent/Raploch Road, Stirling

Following instructions from Raploch Urban Regeneration Company, Graham + Sibbald, Stirling office were instructed to provide management and marketing services for a unique mixed use building in Stirling.

The building is of mass timber construction (specifically cross laminated timber) clad in zinc at first floor levels and rainscreen cladding to lower levels. This provides a low carbon building and is the first time this form of construction has been used in Scotland.

The building forms part of the Raploch Urban Regeneration Scheme, which was set up to oversee the long term economic and social regeneration of the Raploch area of Stirling.The building comprises 3 x retail units on the ground floor and 3 x 2 bedroom flats at first floor level.  As well as marketing of the ground floor retail units, Graham + Sibbald are responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, including invoicing/collection of rent/service charges, landlord/tenant obligations, etc.

Moving forward, Graham + Sibbald will also be responsible for rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations in relation to the retail units.
