Architectural Technologist – Glasgow


Purpose of Role The role will involve working individually and as part of a small team in our Glasgow based Architectural Department to deliver a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects in the industrial, commercial and housing sectors throughout Scotland and the North of England.

Candidates should have good knowledge of Autocad, Building Regulations and construction detailing and a minimum 2 years experience in a professional office.

Key Tasks:-

Preparation of detailed drawings for statutory consents and construction works Architectural Design Measured surveys of existing buildings Sound knowledge and understanding of current Building and Planning Regulations Proficiency in Autocad, and Sketch up Preparation of Design, Construction and Tender information




Qualified Valuer - Glasgow Office

Our Glasgow Office is seeking to recruit a Chartered Surveyor who is also an RICS Registered Valuer to join the existing Valuation Team carrying out a mix of valuations in the retail, industrial and office sectors in the West of Scotland, mainly in the sub £1M bracket. Experience of valuations for loan security is preferred although there is a mix of bank, private client and corporate instructions.
