Qualified Valuer - Glasgow Office

Our Glasgow Office is seeking to recruit a Chartered Surveyor who is also an RICS Registered Valuer to join the existing Valuation Team carrying out a mix of valuations in the retail, industrial and office sectors in the West of Scotland, mainly in the sub £1M bracket. Experience of valuations for loan security is preferred although there is a mix of bank, private client and corporate instructions.

Graduate Commercial Surveyor - Dundee Office

A vacancy has arisen for a Graduate Commercial Surveyor or Newly Qualified Surveyor to be based at our Dundee Office.

The firm offers a complete range of Property Services including commercial property management, commercial agency, building surveying, valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.

The work involves a wide range of projects covering all property types with opportunities to progress a successful surveying career within the property industry. Administrator - Dundee Office

 

Graham + Sibbald are looking to hire an experienced Administrator to work in their Dundee office. The role will involve answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries, typing up reports/ letters/ fees, setting up the boardroom for meetings and general administration required to ensure smooth running of the office. 

 

Key role deliverables:

- Support activity is carried out effectively and efficiently

- AIMS data is kept up to date and accurate

- Effective customer and internal relationships

- Support Senior Administrator/ PA as required

 

Experience:

- Knowledge of working in an Office environment

- Awareness of the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines

- Proven ability to work as part of a team

- Good organisational skills

- Fast learner with ability to multi-task

Residential Surveyor - Aberdeen Office 


An opportunity has arisen for either a Chartered or soon to be Chartered Surveyor to join our busy Residential team in Aberdeen. The role will primarily involve undertaking Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations across Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland for a range of local and national clients. You background may not be in Residential Surveying (e.g. Building Surveyor) but we're willing to provide full training and support to the right candidate.

 

Ideal candidates will be driven and self motivated, with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of the area would be preferred but is not essential. An excellent renumeration package is available.

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Surveyor to join our busy Residential department in Edinburgh. Various levels of experience will be considered for the role, with full training and support provided where required.

 

The role will primarily involve undertaking Home Reports, Refresh Reports, Mortgage Valuations and EPC's.

 

Ideal candidates will be fully qualified, self-motivated, punctual, with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and be happy to work as part of a team as well as individually. Candidates must also hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
